NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size issues, colour preference, or personal choice.
Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please make a complete unboxing video from the beginning while opening the sealed parcel. The video must clearly show the sealed package, product, and the issue.
Please contact AF JEWELS promptly after delivery and provide the complete unboxing video along with clear photos. After verification, eligible cases will be resolved by replacement or another applicable remedy.
Claims without adequate proof may not be accepted, subject to applicable consumer law.
